      Meeting Cancellation Procedure (Inclement Weather): 

The Chapter / Conference Chairman will notify the District Deputies through the Chairman of the Board.  Each District Deputy will inform the Grand Knights no later than one hour prior to the scheduled event. 

The HV Webmaster will also post the Emergency Cancellation Bulletin to the website.  At that time (one hour prior) members and delegates should contact their Grand Knights.
